CONSENT POLICY: I understand that the  Men’s Support group is not a therapy group and does not replace therapy, treatment, or addiction recovery meetings.  It is a facilitated group intended to provide psycho-education and help foster positive communication and interaction with other men who are interested in building new skills and continuing the journey toward lasting recovery.  I agree to honor the confidentiality of all participants at all times and to not share information about any participants with others, outside of the group. This is a 6 session commitment and it’s possible to request to extend my participation beyond the initial 6 weeks.
